It started with a long walk. The people at home wanted to be part of it. One link with the route, the day's post and a one-tap check-in lets them follow along without anyone having to keep repeating themselves.
Trailpost is built by RightsTech Ltd, a small UK company. It is made in the same house style as our other products: plain words, short pages, and nothing that moves unless it has a reason to.
What we will not do
- Show your position more precisely than you chose.
- Keep your pings longer than the trail is live, plus the time the page stays up.
- Put a red alarm on a page your family is reading.
- Add advertising or tracking cookies.
- Pretend to be a safety service. For remote routes, carry a satellite messenger.
The first trail
